Egg Bhurji / Scrambled Eggs is a common and famous recipe prepared everywhere. To add a twist and uniqueness in this, prepare Scrambled Egg Sandwich for you kids and family.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 3 tbsp Oil<br />- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- Coriander Leaves<br />- 2 Onions (chopped)<br />- Salt<br />- 4 Eggs<br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- Kitchen King Masala<br />- Coriander Leaves<br />- Oil<br />- 4 Bread Slices<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, finely chopped onions, salt and saute it till the onion is soft.<br />2. Add eggs, red chilli powder and mix it well.<br />3. Don't let it dry completely, turn off the flame once it is slightly damp. Keep it aside to cool down.<br />4. Once the mixture is cooled down, add kitchen king masala, coriander leaves and mash these ingredients.<br />5. Now take a bread slice and spread the scrambled egg mixture on it. Place another slice of bread over it.<br />6. Take a frying pan, heat some oil and place the sandwiches on it to get toasted properly.<br />7. Toast the sandwich properly from both the sides and remove them in a plate. Now your hot and tasty Egg Scramble Sandwich is ready to be served.<br />
